Quotes

Written quotes are firm for the work described. If the job turns out to be materially different from what was described or photographed — a second buried trunk, no machine access, concrete poured around the stump — we will tell you before doing anything, and you can approve the revised price or cancel at no charge.

Utility locates

We request MISS DIG 811 locates before mechanized grinding. Public locates cover utility-owned lines only; you are responsible for telling us about private lines (irrigation, invisible fence, low-voltage lighting, private gas runs) before work starts.

Site conditions

We protect lawns and hard surfaces with mats where the route requires it. Grinding produces wood chips; unless haul-away is part of your quote, chips are raked into the hole and leveled as standard.

Payment

Payment is due on completion, after you have looked over the work.

Scheduling

Weather and machine availability can move a scheduled day; we will tell you as soon as we know. Storm and emergency work may be prioritized.
